Classes & Experiences

Booking & Cancellation

Every class is a small gathering, planned around the few who join it. When you book, your place — and the time of the chef or the artist — is set aside for you. Our terms are few, and stated plainly.

Securing your place

Each class is secured by full payment at the time of booking — the whole amount, settled in advance. This holds your place and lets us prepare properly: the ingredients, the bench, the studio.

Should your plans change

Your payment is non-refundable. Rather than lose it, we hold its full value as credit:

• Let us know before your class begins — the full amount is kept as credit, yours to use against anything we make: another class, a private-chef evening, ready meals, coffee from the roastery, or a work from the studio.
• A place missed with no word beforehand — the payment cannot be carried over.
• Your credit is valid for twelve months from the date of your class.

If we ever need to move a class

In the rare event we must cancel or reschedule — a matter of illness, or weather on the mountain — you may choose another date, or a full return of your payment, without question.
