Working at a measured pace in a small group, you will move through the core manual brewing methods — pour-over, AeroPress, and French press — with enough depth to grasp why each produces a different result. The coffees used throughout are sourced from Zermatt Kaffée, Marian's own roastery and the highest specialty roastery in Zermatt. By the end, you will have a clear framework for brewing at home and a sharper palate for what is in your cup.

Additional guests from your group join for the final tasting — ideal for chalet groups where not everyone wants to brew but everyone wants to understand what is in the cup. Tasting guests CHF 75 per person; note the number in your booking message.

Watch & Taste — Marian brews and narrates throughout while guests observe, ask questions, and taste at every stage. Up to 8 guests. CHF 75 per person.
The session runs with no rush. There is time to ask questions, taste carefully, and repeat anything that warrants a second pass. This is the right place to start.
